Program objectives: giving frameworks and theoretical background, providing attitudes and tools,training participants
Program includes: individual coaching, team coaching, organizational coaching, a certification process and real coaching and supervision
1. Coaching individual: “coach attitude”, self-assessment, identity, communication skills, techniques and frameworks, method and case studies and “coaching live” and training
2. Team coaching: team dynamics and development models, systems analysis and approach, frameworks and tools in team coaching, process management, exercises, case studies and training
3. Organizational coaching: O.D. – Organizational development, visioning and strategic alignment,Coherence and cohesion, innovation and collective learning, case studies and training
4. Peer groups and supervision: participants are organized in peer groups with home work,
5. Trainee : each people has to find a real coach as training case and write a detailed report on it
6. Certification Process: 3 tests for each candidate: theoretical + Exercise of “live coaching” + presentation of the training case e of professional identity
