Formation Professionnelle en Coaching – IDC Institut de Coaching
Our “Formation Professionnelle en Coaching” is conducted in person, mostly by 2 trainers, themselves senior professional coaches. Certification program is conducted by teleconferences, video sessions and one-on-one supervision. We offer 2 types of training: 1/ An 8 months-program conducted in four by 4 days courses (4 modules). Class is limited to 25 participants. 2/ An intensive program conducted in 20 days residential training, designed as “Summer University” training. The class is limited to 35 participants.
After successful completion of the 4 modules, the five-months certification program takes place via teleconferences, video sessions, lab.(one-on-one supervision of coaching for 3 days) , a supervision workshop and one day for the final exam. Part of the certification program may be completed as distance learning (teleconferences and videos).
