Results ACTP Pathway – Results Coaching Systems
We have a training pathway specifically designed to be modular and flexible.
The entry-level program is the Intensive Coach Training (ICT) for those who have little to no coaching experience, or those more experienced non-Results coaches who are looking to develop a new skills set. These programs are 36 hours of CST and give you a range of solid coaching skills to use at work, at home or in your own coaching practice.
Our Continuing Education Curriculum then covers 6 programs that each run for 12 hours in length. These are short development programs covering a range of areas from setting up your business and finding clients, to working with challenging client situations and coaching in the workplace.
Our Specialist Education curriculum covers 4 programs that each run for 18 hours in length. These programs are designed for coaches looking to specialize in particular areas of coaching.
